POLPETTE DI CARNE
Includes four beef and pork meatball, tomato sauce, grana padano (serves 2)
Cooking Instructions:
1. Remove foil container from freezer and allow to thaw in refrigerator for at least
2 hours or over night.
2. Pre-heat oven to 375°F
3. Remove foil container from packaging and place on a sheet pan and put in oven.
4. Bake with lid on for 45 minutes.
5. Remove lid and bake for 10-15 minutes more, or until centre of meatballs are warm to touch.
6. Allow to rest for 5 minutes, cut and serve.
