MAFALDE AI FUNGHI PASTA KIT
Serves 2
Includes: two portions of portobello, cremini, porcini, truffle cream sauce, and fresh house-made mafalde pasta.
1. Fill a medium sized pot with water, add 1 tablespoon of salt and bring to a boil.
2. While the water is coming to a boil, add the contents of your sauce pack to a large pan and bring to a simmer.
3. Once the water is boiling, add fresh pasta to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Strain pasta when it is done cooking and add to the pan of sauce. Toss with sauce to coat and use a large spoon or tongs to plate pasta in a pasta bowl.
5. Sprinkle with your favorite cheese and enjoy!
RIGATONI BOLOGNESE PASTA KIT
Serves 2-4 people
Includes: Bolognese sauce, rigatoni
Instructions:
1. Bring 5L of water to boil in a large pot.
2. Add salt to the water.
3. Empty contents of bolognese sauce pouch into a non-stick frying pan.
4. Boil rigatoni noodels (approx 3-4 mins) in the salted water.
5. Take on ladel full (200ml approx) of pasta water from your pot, and pour into the pan of bolognese sauce and begin reducing (meduim high heat).
6. Strain the noodles and transfer to pan with sauce.
7. Coat the noodles for another 60 seconds in the bolognese sauce.
8. Arrange and plate, granish with basil, pecorino and enjoy!
