WHAT IS YOUR RESERVATION POLICY?
We are primarily a walk in restaurant, however we do set aside some seating for online reservations for lunch from 12:00 - 3:30 pm and for dinner from 4:00 - 6:00 pm (and 9:00 pm on Sundays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays). We hold reservations for 15 minutes, and groups of more than four people will be seated once 60 percent their party has arrived. For example, we will seat a reservation for a group of 8 once 5 people have arrived.

WHAT IF THE RESERVATION TIMES OFFERED ARE TOO EARLY FOR MY GROUP?
You can walk in without a reservation, however, how long you'll wait for a table will depend a bunch of factors, like the size of your group, and the time and day you show up.

I'M COOL WITH WALKING IN ... BUT HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT?
We always aim to seat you as soon as possible. However, we can never guarantee how long you may wait for a table. Below are our average wait times.

Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays
At 6:00 PM you should be able to walk on in. By 6:30 or 7:00 PM we are usually full, or very close to full. Parties of 2 and 4 do not end up waiting long, often only 15 to 35 minutes. Between 8:00 PM and 9:30 PM our wait time often increases. 

Sundays through Wednesdays
Between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM you should be able to walk on in. By 7:30 PM we are usally full, or very close to full. Parties of 2 and 4 do not end up waiting long, often only 10 to 30 minutes. Between 8:00 PM and  9:30 PM our wait time often increases. 

As a rule, groups of 2 and 4 are easier to accomodate than larger groups. Wait times for larger groups are often quite a bit longer. However, once your name is on our wait list, our hostess will text as soon as your table is ready. By the way, we have a really fun bar to wait around (especially when its crowded) and an awesome playlist.

DO YOU TAKE BRUNCH RESERVATIONS?
Yes, we take online reservations on weekends for brunch from 11:00 am - 3:30 pm. We serve a weekend brunch menu that also includes most of the items on our regular menu.

DO YOU ACCEPT LARGE GROUPS?
Yes, parties of up to 8 people can reserve a table online from 12:00 - 6:00 pm any day of the week. However, to serve groups of 9 or more quickly and impeccably, we require you choose a Nonna family-style sharing menu upon arrival if you are walking in OR make your reservation with our Reservations Coordinator Sejah Coombs directly, through events@gusto101.com.

DO I HAVE TO CHOOSE A FAMILY-STYLE MENU?
For groups of 9 or more we require it. Not only does our family-style dining menu offer a unique eating experience. It's what we do really well! For example, our Nonna family-style menus include most of our top-rated dishes and allows us to to serve large groups quickly and impeccably. Plus, you get to try a lot of different dishes! CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN CAKE?        
The only outside food item permitted in the restaurant is a celebratory cake/cupcakes, and the plating service fee is $3 per guest. However, with a minimum of 48 hours notice you can order a celebration cake made by our talented pastry chef. We have a delicious selection of cakes; the cost is $6 per guest. MY GROUP IS MORE THAN 13 PEOPLE, NOW WHAT?

For groups of more than 13 who want to reserve a table we have two private dining options. Our private Wine Cellar seats 20 comfortably, and our Rooftop Party Table seats 30 comfortably.
